New Patient Visit

Service Description

During your initial visit to the office, you will visit directly with the doctor to discuss your main complaint(s). A thorough health history will be conducted. In addition, a physical exam consisting of orthopedic, muscle testing and neurosensory tests will be performed to rule in or out potential diagnoses. The doctor will review the exam findings and her recommended treatment plan. Treatment plans can consist of chiropractic spinal and/or extremity adjustments and various passive and active therapies. The doctor will determine if it is most appropriate to treat you during this initial visit. Having reviewed the treatment plan, the doctor and staff will execute your initial treatment. In the event we are unable to treat you during this initial visit, it may likely be due to needing further testing or examination, waiting on results of recommended testing or your condition requires referral to another provider for further treatment or to co-manage your specific case. We want to make sure we are as thorough and comprehensive in your overall care to maximize your overall progress and partner with you to achieve your goals. If the patient has prior laboratory exams, imaging (X-Rays, MRI, etc.) and other applicable medical documentation, we ask that you bring it with you to your first appointment.
